SLIDE has always loved making icons: our story is told through shapes, textures and colours of the items we have created over time. Our products become ambassadors and they take us all over the world: special protagonists with a pop, colourful and ironic soul. They are also the result of a deep and constant research for sustainable materials. A history studded with icons that have accompanied design lovers for over twenty years.

 In 2002, the first simple and magical idea: an essential geometric shape, like a sphere, made in translucent polyethylene. A bulb is inserted inside, creating a homogeneous light with an amazing effect. The second ingenious intuition, in 2006, was to use the same technique to create large pieces of furniture, such as bar counters: thus was born the light that furnishes. Large pieces of furniture that are also very light to move, capable of creating the right lighting atmosphere outdoors and indoors, immediately became a must-have in the events sector.

The passion and enthusiasm of the following years led us to develop entire collections for the contract world, a perfect mix of constant research into new sustainable materials, unique textures and shades, and precious and comfortable accessories and elements.

The result of these twenty years of love is a path studded with icons that represent our pop soul and our love for design, beauty and colour.
